We have a 7-day return policy, which allows you to request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

How long does shipping take?

All items purchased from DailyHaven are shipped across India and are typically delivered within 5-7 business days from the date of order placement. However, please note that occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Can I exchange an item?

The fastest way to obtain a different item is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We do not process direct exchanges.

What should I do if my item is damaged or defective?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

How will I know if my return has been approved?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status. If approved, you will be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
